Dear guests!

The rent of an apartment, including gas and electricity, is per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Extra costs for heat, fire wood, bed linen, and final cleaning will be settled at the location.

Booking can be done by the formMail. Please transfer within a week the down payment (20% of the total sum with a minimum of 80 Euro).

The contract will be returned to you as soon as the down payment and the entry form are confirmed. The payment of balance has to occur 14 days before the start of your holiday. If entries are of short term the whole sum has to be paid at once.

Enzo speaks German and Italian and can be reached in emergency by telephone (mobil: 0039-340-8294600). The best time for arrival is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Departure must occur before 12 a.m. We wish a beautiful holiday Angelika and Enzo

Cost of Apartments

Sarah (2 persons) € 400,-

Ramona (3 persons) € 450,- (a further person € 50,-)

Elisabeth (3 persons) € 450,- (each further person € 50,-)

Extra local expenses:

• Final cleaning: Sarah 25 €, Ramona 30 €, Elisabeth 30 €
• If required, heat as consumed : 4 € per kubic meter
• Linen should be brought. Possibility for renting bed linen and towels are available: 10 Euro a person per change.
• Extra bed: 50 € pro week
• Children bed: free of charge
• Washing machine: 2,50 € pro WASH
• Mountain-bike rent: 3 € a day
• Firewood supply is to be settled.

Cancellation (in german language)

Bei längerfristigen Stornierungen (bis zu 6 Wochen) gehen wir davon aus, dass wir das Appartement wieder vermieten können.

Bei kurzfristigen Stornierungen (bis zu 4 Wochen) behalten wir uns vor, die Anzahlung einzubehalten, falls wir keine Nachmieter finden.

Bei Stornierungen bis zu 1 Woche gehen wir davon aus, dass der Kunde die Ausfallkosten übernimmt, wenn das Apartment unvermietet bleibt.
